Where the shipping (courier) company requires the customer/purchaser or an
authorized person to be present at the shipping address to sign for goods, madkiwi computers takes no responsibility for orders not received due to the
absence of the customer/purchaser or an authorized person.
The shipping (courier) company must be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
At this time there is no courier charge added to out of Auckland deliveries, this will be quoted after order is received cost is between $5 and
$22 per box depending on weight and delivery area best possible price will be quoted once order received for a cost quote email sales or call during business hours.
Madkiwi computers accepts no responsibility for goods not received due to the supply of incorrect billing details.
At all times, however, Madkiwi computers will endeavour to ensure that goods are
received by the customer/purchaser in perfect condition and when anticipated or
advised. Problems are rare, and are usually resolved to the complete satisfaction
of the customer/purchaser.
Actual products may differ slightly from any pictures/images presented.
Product information is derived from the suppliers of Madkiwi computers, and the
company takes no responsibility for errors in this information.
Most items are not held instock onsite but in our warehouse. Items should be
shipped on the day of purchase but a days notice is normally required if a
pickup order is requested.
Romalpa Clause:
Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
Returns
Non faulty 14 day return as long as goods are in pristine condition a 30% restocking fee will apply.
